Locum Doctors

We have locum doctors employed to cover for our doctors when they are absent for holiday, study or illness.

Medical Education

We are a training practice so we may have a registrar with us for 6 or 12 months. The registrar is a fully qualified doctor but they use the time with us to learn about GP practice before embarking on a career as a GP. Periodically, we have 4th or 5th year medical students spending time with us. With your consent they observe during consultations and may sometimes carry out part or all of the consultation themselves, under the guidance of your doctor. We will understand if you refuse to consent to this; it is your choice
